Hypnotherapy has amazing success at changing unhelpful thinking patterns that are started in your subconscious brain and are very difficult to change using will-power alone.

The emotional brain will always over-ride the logical one so my approach helps get to the bottom of the issue rather than keep on sticking a plaster over it.

This gives effective long term solutions.

My sessions are super-friendly and I aim to put you at ease instantly.   My clients often comment on how enjoyable they find the experience despite being nervous and having beliefs about not being able to relax.

There’s a lot of chat to begin with so that I can get to know your unique circumstances.  I don’t have to go digging up your past if it causes you pain to talk about unless you want to.

The appointment will usually end with some eye-closed change work and afterwards you’ll feel like you’ve had a mini-break for your mind.  I give you some practical tasks and tools to go away with so that you can make progress outside of our appointment times too.

Clients are often sceptical about Hypnosis and some even believe that they can’t be hypnotised but I hope this video will explain how it is a naturally occurring state that we all experience every day.
